Join one of the UAEs leading full-service Graphics and Display Solutions companies, with over 18 years of proven expertise in crafting custom display stands, kiosks, signage, exhibition booths, and more. As we expand, were looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to strengthen our growing sales force.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls using online/offline databases and lead directories.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
• Use proven sales scripts to effectively communicate product features, pricing, and benefits.
• Ask strategic, insightful questions to uncover client needs and challenges.
• Confidently present how our solutions align with customer requirements.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Handle client objections professionally while delivering outstanding service.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, or a similar sales-driven role.
• Background in signage, printing, or advertising sales is a strong advantage.
• A target-oriented mindset with a strong passion for sales and relationship-building.
• Previous experience in call centers or outbound sales environments is preferred.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to close deals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiar with CRM software.
• UAE freshers with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in their home country are welcome to apply.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and persistent approach.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
