Sales cum Supervisor for a cleaning company

• Ensure that the right number of cleaning staff is assigned to each location, taking into account the size and complexity of the task.
• Inventory Control: Keep track of cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment, ensuring that they are well-stocked and maintained.
• Order cleaning products and equipment as needed, staying within the companys budget while ensuring quality.
• Ensure that cleaning equipment is properly maintained and serviced regularly to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency.
• Regularly report sales activities, progress, and results to management, ensuring goals are on track.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure services are delivered as promised, including managing scheduling and staffing for client cleaning sessions.
• Ensure that contracts and agreements are signed, and that all paperwork related to the sale is handled properly.
• Occasionally assist with billing and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely receipt of funds.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelors (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales experience in cleaning company: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi , Malayalam ,English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• U.A.E Driving licence (Preferred)
