The Role Position Title: Sales and Operations Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Airline ticket and yearly incentives Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An international group of high-end restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi -Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of F&B outlets, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. -Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management. -Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring service delivery and resolving any complaints or issues. -Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Requirements Qualifications: -Open to European nationalities -Female, 35 and below -Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales and operations management in F&B industry. -Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or any related field.
