Were looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing team in Dubai right away!

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in Dubai
• Strong background in off-plan sales
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent knowledge of the Dubai property market
• Strong communication, coaching, and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of off-plan property consultants
• Set sales targets and ensure they are consistently met or exceeded
• Train team members on project knowledge and closing techniques
• Monitor daily performance and provide regular feedback
• Collaborate with marketing and admin to streamline lead flow and deal processing
• Stay updated on market trends and new project launches
