Real Estate Photographer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Real Estate Photographer to capture high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural and interior photography, possess strong technical skills, and be proficient in post-production editing. The role requires attention to detail, an artistic eye, and the ability to showcase properties in the most visually appealing way to attract potential buyers and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-resolution photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties.
• Plan and execute photoshoots that highlight the best features of properties.
• Utilize appropriate lighting, angles, and composition techniques to enhance visual appeal.
• Edit and retouch images using software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Create virtual tours, drone photography, and video walkthroughs for listings.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
• Maintain and operate photography equipment, ensuring proper setup and care.
• Deliver high-quality edited images and videos within agreed timelines.
• Stay updated with real estate photography trends and technological advancements.
• Manage and organize digital assets for easy access and retrieval.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Photographer with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in real estate and architectural photography.
• Proficiency in photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).
• Knowledge of drone photography and video editing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and staging techniques.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of floor plan creation and virtual tour software (Matterport, 3D walkthroughs) is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in real estate, architectural, or interior photography.
• Experience with drone operations (certification preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in HDR photography and exposure blending.
• Understanding of real estate marketing and property presentation.
• Familiarity with social media content creation for real estate listings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
