About the Role

Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and develop relationships with new investors and clients.✅ Prospect potential clients and analyze market trends to generate leads.✅ Conduct intermediate negotiations to ensure fair and transparent deals.✅ Plan and achieve monthly sales targets within the given timeframe.✅ Conduct presentations on real estate projects and manage sales activities.✅ Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups efficiently.✅ Stay updated on the latest market trends and new project developments.✅ Maintain and expand a portfolio of listings and clients based on their requirements.✅ Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients regarding investment opportunities.

Requirements:

Experience: Prior sales experience in Off-Plan real estate or business development is preferred.Skills:✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.✔ Excellent customer service and organizational skills.✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.✔ Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.Education: Any degree.
