Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can join immediately to our survey engineering department. Candidates should be able to understand construction /survey- technical operation, documentation and reporting in the survey field. Candidates should have civil engineering degree.
Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge enquiries by email or phone
- Identify the projects scope of work and Preparing quotation for the project.
- If clarification arise needs to revise the quotation.
- Confirm the work and arrange the site staff.
- Responsible for deliverables, Reports on timely manner
- Submission of invoice as per the payment terms.
