About Us
Mazayah Shipping Co LLC is one of the leading independent shipping and marine services companies in the United Arab Emirates, Iraq and China. The company currently employs over 50 employees across 3 locations, and handles over 24,000 TEUs annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle import/export clearance and operation via Mirsal II and Dubai Trade
- Basic knowledge in Dubai Chamber
- Prepare and verify all required shipping and customs documentation
- Coordinate with customs authorities, clearance agents, airlines, and shipping lines
- Monitor clearance status and resolve any delays or holds proactively
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of customs clearance experience in the UAE (DAFZA, JAFZA, DWC)
- Familiarity with Calogi, Mirsal II, and Dubai Trade
- Working knowledge of UAE import/export regulations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Coordinating with shipping lines via Email
- Language skills in Arabic or Urdu are preferred
- Driving License is preferred
Experience:
- Freight forwarding: 3 to 5 years (Preferred)
- Excel, Word

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
