Marketing Trainee

Founded in 2021, YOOCHA MATCHA is the matcha purveyor of choice of 800+ Cafes and Specialty Coffee Shops in the UAE, KSA, and other GCC countries. We are growing and looking for a Marketing Intern.

What Youll Do:

• Support the team in brainstorming, planning, and executing marketing campaigns
• Assist with creating and scheduling content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok
• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
• Identify and reach out to relevant influencers and potential brand partners to build meaningful collaborations
• Assist in collecting and analyzing data from campaigns and social media to evaluate success and suggest improvements
• Help ensure that all marketing materials align with the brands voice, tone, and visual identity
• Keep marketing assets organized, update databases, and assist with day-to-day team tasks as needed
• Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to support campaign execution, share creative ideas, and ensure alignment across all brand activities.

Qualifications & Background

• Must have graduated from a Marketing or similar in the UAE.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms, either through previous internships or personal projects.
• Strong understanding of popular social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Highly creative and detail-oriented.
• Currently based in UAE and available for immediate start.
