Logistics and Inventory Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Inventory Manager to oversee and manage the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of inventory at Ednex Educational Aids LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to meet business demands effectively.

Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are optimized to meet operational needs.
• Monitor stock movement, conduct regular inventory audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Work with the procurement team to forecast demand and plan inventory purchases accordingly.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee the inbound and outbound logistics process, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Monitor shipments, track deliveries, and resolve logistics issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs clearance, and documentation requirements.

Warehouse Operations:

• Supervise warehouse activities, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and handling of products.
• Implement warehouse organization strategies to maximize efficiency and space utilization.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines within the warehouse environment.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Negotiate contracts with logistics partners for cost-effective and efficient service delivery.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to fulfill customer orders efficiently.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Generate regular inventory and logistics reports for management review.
• Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control software, ERP systems, and logistics management tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
