he ideal candidate will be working as part of a larger team & will be assisting the Senior Estimator in preparing and submitting soft and hard landscaping and swimming pools tenders and will have a professional and proactive approach.

You will be an effective communicator and will have suitable skills in tender preparation.

This role would suit a candidate who has a willingness to learn & is looking to develop a career in landscape construction and horticulture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (estimating software such as Conquest would be a bonus).
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience in the landscape construction industry is a plus.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Landscaping related field is desirable, but not essential.
• Full Clean driving licence.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Measuring PDF drawings using Bluebeam (training will be provided if required).
• Producing tender documents for pricing purposes.
• Producing detailed soft and hard landscape bills of quantities.
• Attending site visits with senior estimator or operations director at clients request.
• Chasing updates for updates on tender submissions.
• Maintaining strong and professional relationships with Elite Landscapes existing clients and helping to build relationships with new.
