Core Responsibilities:

1. Global Trademark Lifecycle Management

○ Execute multi-country registrations, renewals, and oppositions (Madrid System/single jurisdictions).

○ Monitor trademark squatting risks and design defensive registration strategies.

2. Domain Defense & Enforcement

○ Manage global domain portfolios (including mainstream extensions).

○ Initiate UDRP/URS arbitrations with a target of ≥3 wins annually.

3. Infringement Monitoring & Legal Actions

○ Detect brand infringements via multi-channel monitoring.

○ Coordinate legal actions with external firms (annual revenue target: ≥$200K).

4. Digital IP System Development

○ Operate brand monitoring platforms and evidence-collection systems.

○ Build trademark risk dashboards.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

○ Support pre-launch trademark clearance for new products.

○ Provide IP due diligence for M&A projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Law (IP specialization preferred).

2. 3+ years of IP management experience in finance (law firm/corporate).

3. Professional English (IELTS 7.0/TOEFL 100+ equivalent).

4. Proficiency in TrademarkNow/Thomson CompuMark.
