Immigration Processing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Immigration Processing Manager cum Sales Consultant to join our team. This role combines client-facing sales responsibilities with case management, requiring you to manage immigration cases from initial consultation through to application filing and case closure. You will be responsible for assessing clients immigration needs, closing sales deals, managing their immigration applications, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is submitted correctly and on time. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales abilities, strong attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Engagement:

  • Identify, engage, and convert leads into clients through outbound and inbound sales activities (calls, emails, and consultations).
  • Assess clients immigration needs, provide tailored solutions, and close deals by offering comprehensive immigration services.
  • Guide clients through every stage of the sales process, ensuring clear communication and setting expectations for timelines and services.
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals.

Case Management:

  • Manage and oversee the processing of immigration applications for clients from start to finish.
  • Collect, review, and ensure all necessary documentation is provided by the client for their application.
  • File applications accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with legal and processing teams to ensure smooth and timely submission of client applications.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their applications and respond to any inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or complications that may arise during the application process.

Closing Deals:

  • Close deals efficiently by negotiating and securing agreements with clients for services rendered.
  • Ensure that all contracts and agreements are properly signed and documented.
  • Provide clients with a clear understanding of the service process, pricing, and expected outcomes.

Sales Performance:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets related to new client acquisition and application submissions.
  • Track and report progress toward sales goals, case statuses, and client satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (experience in immigration services is preferred).
  • Strong understanding of immigration processes, applications, and requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle complex cases.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet sales and case processing goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
