Job OverviewWe are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Guest Service Assistant to join our team. You will be the face of our company, ensuring each guest has a warm welcome and a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

Guest Check-Ins & Check-Outs

  • Welcome guests with professionalism and a warm demeanor upon arrival.
  • Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, verifying guest information .
  • Issue room keys/access cards and resolve any billing or reservation discrepancies.

Guest Engagement & Support

  • Provide clear information about our services, amenities, and nearby attractions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Address complaints effectively, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.

Facility & Service Information

  • Inform guests about available amenities such as dining options, gym, pool, etc.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Communicate guest needs and feedback to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a background in hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and solve problems efficiently.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle is required.
