Facility Management Coordinator

Job description

We are seeking a Facility Management Coordinator to join our team in the Facility Management Division in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a coordination role within the Facility Management sector.

As a Facility Management Coordinator, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of facility-related services and ensure the efficient coordination of day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for overseeing various operational tasks, including coordinating cleaning services, managing drivers schedules, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with Cleaning Staff: Manage and coordinate the cleaning teams daily operations, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner according to facility requirements.
  • Driver Coordination: Organize and schedule the drivers duties, ensuring vehicles are available as required, and the drivers follow the set routes and timings.
  • Scheduling & Follow-up: Plan and schedule regular maintenance, cleaning, and other facility services. Ensure follow-up actions are taken to address any outstanding tasks or delays.
  • Vendor Management: Communicate and collaborate with external service providers and vendors for facility-related services, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and monitor stock levels of supplies and ensure the timely ordering of materials for maintenance and cleaning.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Facility Manager regarding the status of ongoing tasks, service requests, and any issues that need attention.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues related to facility services and work proactively to resolve any concerns raised by employees or contractors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facility Management or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in facility management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
