We are an established 18+ year-old Graphics, Signage, and Display Solutions company with offices in Dubai and Florida. As part of our rapid expansion, we are urgently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team.

Role Overview

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing BOQs and cost estimates for custom-built display stands, kiosks, exhibition booths, and similar structures fabricated using materials such as wood, acrylic, metal, LED lighting, and more. You must have a strong understanding of production processes, materials, electrical components, and finishing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate BOQs and estimates based on concept sketches, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Work closely with the production and design teams to gather project details and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Analyze project requirements to determine labour, materials, equipment, and time requirements.
• Source and obtain competitive quotes from suppliers and contractors within specified timelines.
• Research costs of materials, transportation, labor, and other components.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Assist in bidding for new contracts and support procurement and buyer activities.
• Monitor ongoing project costs and ensure they remain within budget throughout execution.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive quotations and cost breakdowns for client approvals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the Signage, Exhibition, Interior Fit-Out, or Advertising industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and estimating software/tools.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills to secure the best pricing.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
