Customer Service Home Appliances

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Representative to join our Home Appliances Repair Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with service inquiries, scheduling repair appointments, handling complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding appliance repair services.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate service appointments for technicians based on customer requests and availability.
  • Service Inquiries: Provide information on repair services, pricing, warranties, and estimated completion times.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on service quality.
  • Billing & Payments: Process payments, generate invoices, and explain charges to customers when required.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and completed repairs.
  • Coordination with Technicians: Communicate with technicians to ensure smooth service execution and timely updates for customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about common appliance issues, troubleshooting steps, and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office.
  • Flexibility in answering client calls during holidays/weekends
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of home appliances and basic troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
