We are looking to recruit a talented and experienced in-house lawyer to join our partner, a chain of Quick Service Restaurants with 25+ branches in UAE and manage all legal affairs related to the companys operation.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and manages the legal affairs of the company and provides insights and recommendations.
- Drives all aspects of the legal analysis for the business.
- Provides end-to-end technical support through Legal documentation, legal advice, and legal representation.
- Provides standard and ad hoc legal reports as required by the companys leadership team.
- Proactively identify risks, design and prescribe ways to mitigate them.
- Provides legal advice and leads a rapid and effective response to legal issues, as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or within the QSR, hospitality, FMCG or retail sectors in the UAE.
- In-depth understanding of UAE labor law, corporate law, and regulations governing the foodservice industry.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written - Mandatory).
- Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Law degree from a recognized institution.
