Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and driven Cloud Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cloud kitchen facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in food production management, logistics, cost control, and quality control within a delivery-only kitchen model. Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining high food safety standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across two restaurant brands operating within the cloud kitchen Monitor food prep processes, portion control, and kitchen output for consistency and quality Coordinate inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships Collaborate with delivery platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Zomato, etc.) to optimize order flow and customer satisfaction Track KPIs such as order accuracy, preparation times, delivery times, and customer feedback Manage kitchen finances, including budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting on profitability Implement cost-control measures and minimize wastage without compromising quality Lead, train, and manage a team of kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and hygiene standards Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations and hygiene protocols Resolve operational issues and resolve kitchen staff conflicts efficiently Report regularly to owners on performance metrics and improvement actionsRequirements: 3+ years of experience in kitchen management, preferably in cloud or dark kitchen environments Solid understanding of food delivery systems and kitchen tech platforms (POS, KDS, inventory software) Strong organization and communication skills Knowledge of HACCP, Dubai Municipality/Food Safety guidelines Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus UAE driving license preferred (optional)Benefits: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Visa and medical insurance
