About the Role
Frank Porter is looking to hire a Client Support Executive based in our Dubai office.
URGENT REQUIREMENT!
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing our property owners with a direct channel for communications and exceeding the expectations of our owners at all times.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing/managing the needs and requirements of our owners via email and telephone
- Responds to emails promptly with professionalism and provides correct information
- Responding to queries and requests for monthly statements/earnings
- Manages owner booking queries and manages expectations
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure essential maintenance is up to date for owner properties
- Assists with reminders for bill payments/service charges/renewals/cancellations
- Provides advice and real-time information on owner listings/bookings
- Responds to reviews on owner listings
- Attending team meetings as required
- Airbnb claims, resolutions, refunds
- Reporting/rectifying listing issues
- Communicated with other departments to ensure guest/owner issues are actioned
- Oversee Insurance
- Handover of properties back to owners
- Weekly reports
Requirements
- Prior Experience in a Client Service Management role or Client Account Manager
- Experience of working within the Property Management or vacation home rental business would be advantageous
- Excellent command of English (English will be your first language)
- Takes ownership of issues and resolves them with minimal supervision
- Can assign tasks to various departments but follow up to ensure completion
