Client Support Executive ASAP

About the Role

Frank Porter is looking to hire a Client Support Executive based in our Dubai office.

URGENT REQUIREMENT!

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing our property owners with a direct channel for communications and exceeding the expectations of our owners at all times.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing/managing the needs and requirements of our owners via email and telephone
• Responds to emails promptly with professionalism and provides correct information
• Responding to queries and requests for monthly statements/earnings
• Manages owner booking queries and manages expectations
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure essential maintenance is up to date for owner properties
• Assists with reminders for bill payments/service charges/renewals/cancellations
• Provides advice and real-time information on owner listings/bookings
• Responds to reviews on owner listings
• Attending team meetings as required
• Airbnb claims, resolutions, refunds
• Reporting/rectifying listing issues
• Communicated with other departments to ensure guest/owner issues are actioned
• Oversee Insurance
• Handover of properties back to owners
• Weekly reports

Requirements

• Prior Experience in a Client Service Management role or Client Account Manager
• Experience of working within the Property Management or vacation home rental business would be advantageous
• Excellent command of English (English will be your first language)
• Takes ownership of issues and resolves them with minimal supervision
• Can assign tasks to various departments but follow up to ensure completion
