Case Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Manager to join our dynamic immigration consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of immigration processes (especially for Canada, Australia, USA,UK, and Europe), and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the immigration process.
• Understand client profiles, advise on suitable immigration pathways, and guide them through documentation and application stages.
• Ensure timely communication and updates to clients regarding case progress, requirements, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal case managers, legal teams, and external partners (government and embassy contacts) to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information and follow-up notes.
• Resolve client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively work on service improvements.
• Provide regular reports to management on client feedback, service KPIs, and areas for improvement.
• Support marketing and sales teams by attending client consultations and helping convert leads to successful clients.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in client service or customer-facing roles, preferably in the immigration or consultancy sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Knowledge of immigration policies and visa processes for major destinations like Canada, Australia, UK, etc. is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
