Planning, identifying, surveying, evaluating, and proposing potential areas for expansion. ? Negotiate rental terms and advise on legal risks in lease agreements. ? Oversee and ensure successful store openings, handling relevant issues. ? Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations for smooth expansion Requirements Qualifications: ? 40 and below ? Atleast 3 years of relevant experience in the same field ? Must have valid UAE Drivers License and own car ?
