- Lead Generation and Networking:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including developers, investors, and property owners.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a strong network of potential clients and partners.
- Utilize social media and professional networks to build a solid pipeline of leads.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business opportunities, including commercial, residential, and investment properties.
