Business Development Executive

Based in Dubai Production City, were expanding — and looking for enthusiastic, results-driven Business Development Executives to join our energetic team.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Actively generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, Google research, field visits, and networking.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear project scopes and winning proposals.
• Collaborate closely with our design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage multiple leads and projects with strong organizational skills and a focus on deadlines.
• Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven sales experience in Advertising, Printing, Signage, or Exhibitions is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident in cold calling, appointment setting, and presenting in person or over the phone.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Creative thinker with a strategic approach to sales.
• Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or AutoCAD is a bonus.
• UAE Driving License is required.
