Business Development Executive Female

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) Female to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the manpower supply industry and a valid UAE driving license. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE, especially in the manpower supply sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate leads, attend client meetings, and close deals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and pipeline management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the manpower supply industry.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
