Branch Manager

We are looking for experienced candidates to join and develop a successful team.

Purpose - Recruiting , Training and developing a team of Travel Specialists. To Create and Execute Business Plans, Maximizing branch profitability, Management and development of products and team, deliver exceptional customer service to maximize sales and overall profitability, ensuring the branch runs efficiently and effectively in line with company policies.

key responsibilities

· Overall branch responsibility. Generate Sales, maintain Profitability , Administration, Accounting and co -ordination with staff & other suppliers/Vendors.

· Be responsible for overall Product development.

. To achieve budgeted targets in all areas.

· Ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the branch.

· Identifying and meeting customers needs by always providing exceptional customer service.

· Recruitment , supervision , coaching, and development of employees.

· Developing new new products and ensuring market penetration.

· Using social media / Digital marketing to promote offers, generating leads , customer engagement and sales closure.

· To undertake any other duties that may fall into the job criteria

Experience/ skills required.

*Must have minimum 2 years experience working as a Travel AgencyBranch In Charge/ Manager/Supervisory/Team Leader role.

* Passionate about travel and tourism

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Results focused and committed to ensuring outstanding service deliverythrough effective people management* Energetic , Enthusiastic, self driven , positive attitude , able to successfully motivate others.

* Good working knowledge on Global Visas/ Ticketing/ Tour packages etc.

* Experience in handling Corporates/ MICE movements/ Retail / B2B clients.

* competent skills especially in Microsoft Excel.

* resilience to cope with long hours and pressure at peak times.

* an awareness of the current trends in travel and knowledge of popular and upcoming destinations / global visas is also important.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
