Autocad Draughtsman

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with 1-2 years of experience in joinery or furniture carpentry to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of handling material estimates, coordination with suppliers and clients, and supporting the execution of custom carpentry and furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• AutoCAD Drafting: Prepare accurate and detailed joinery and furniture drawings based on project specifications.
• Estimations: Calculate material requirements and prepare job cost estimates for approval.
• Material Requests: Generate and submit timely material requests based on approved drawings and estimates.
• Communicate with clients for design approvals.
• Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery of approved materials.
• Work closely with painting and carpentry foremen to review samples and monitor progress.
• Assist in ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Conduct site visits for accurate measurements and job execution planning.
• Ensure proper implementation of designs at the site.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Carpentry, Joinery, Interior Design, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in furniture or joinery works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
