Architectural Draftsman
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to work on steel construction projects such as warehouses and mezzanines. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dubai Municipal Code and steel structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural and structural drawings for steel projects (warehouses, mezzanines).
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipal Code and project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to finalize design details.
- Mentor junior draftsmen and ensure timely delivery of drawings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Team-leading capability is a plus.
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipal Code and local building regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
