Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative Products Executive for Timber products to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent business development skills, and a passion for transforming outdoor spaces. This role involves identifying market trends, developing new product lines, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends.

- Analyse competitor products and strategies to inform product development.

Product Development:

- Conceptualize and design new outdoor Timber products that align with market trends and company goals.

- Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and manufacturers to bring new products to market.

- Ensure product quality and adherence to brand standards.

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms.

Sales and Marketing Support:

- Create compelling presentations and sales materials to showcase new products and designs.

- Work closely with the Product Development & Sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.

- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and network with potential clients.

Customer Engagement:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

- Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve products and services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.

- Proven experience in product development, preferably in the timber products industry.

- Strong creativity and design sensibility, with the ability to translate ideas into marketable products.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
