Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel packages, flight tickets, visa services, and holiday deals.
• Handle customer inquiries, deliver expert travel advice, and recommend the best travel solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support overall revenue growth.
• Coordinate with suppliers and travel partners to ensure accurate bookings and confirmations.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and manage cold calling effectively.
• As a Female Telephone Operator, provide professional phone support and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, promotions, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Open to female candidates only.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory, with proficiency in at least one additional language: Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, or Tagalog.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Previous experience as a telephone operator.
• Demonstrated ability to make outbound and cold calls effectively.
• Passionate about the travel industry with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
