Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries about travel packages, flight bookings, visa services, and holiday offers.
• Offer professional travel advice and recommend options tailored to client preferences.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to secure accurate bookings and confirmations.
• Process reservations, generate invoices, and manage follow-ups for pending payments.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads, including cold calling activities.
• Manage phone inquiries, address customer concerns, and provide prompt assistance.
• Stay informed about the latest travel deals, promotions, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Open to female candidates only.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), with proficiency in at least one additional language: Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, or Tagalog.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service is required.
• Proven ability in outbound calling and cold calling.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
