Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships within the interior design, fit-out, or maintenance services industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate companies, property managers, and corporate clients.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
• Work closely with the design, project, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development within interior design, fit-out, or maintenance services.
• Strong network and understanding of the UAE property and commercial markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
