Based in Dubai Production City, were expanding rapidly and are looking for a proactive, results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our energetic team.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

• Proactively call prospective clients to introduce our solutions
• Follow up on inquiries and marketing-generated leads

Client Interaction

• Respond to incoming calls with product knowledge and professionalism
• Handle objections and answer queries with confidence

Appointment Setting

• Schedule and confirm meetings for the field sales team
• Send appointment reminders and ensure follow-through

CRM & Data Management

• Keep client records and communications updated in the CRM
• Track lead status and follow-up actions diligently

Sales Support

• Qualify leads and coordinate with Business Development Executives
• Share feedback to improve scripts and outreach efforts

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups
• Ensure a positive post-consultation experience

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with both sales and marketing teams
• Attend training sessions and contribute to team goals

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma required; Bachelors degree is a plus
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Tagalog is a plus
• Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills
• Experience using CRM systems and understanding of the sales process
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player
