A trading company in Sharjah is looking for a candidate with cashier/sales coordination experience to help the business with its day-to-day activities.

Job Description:

• Handle walk-in customers

• Handle cash transactions with daily endorsement and reports

• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone

• Balance the cash register for transaction accuracy

• Create invoices, receipts, delivery orders and other related documents

• Work on ERP software to update inventory and documents

• Handle sales returns, thereby resolving customer complaints

• Arrange and prepare items for client delivery

• Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates

• Monitor inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale

• Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly

• Collaborate with senior sales staff in meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports

• Any other task as advised by the management

Job Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of UAE experience is a plus

• Bachelors/Diploma degree in a related field

• Basic computer knowledge

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Male candidates preferred
