Job Title: Customer Support (Arabic Speaking, Female) - Skincare Brand

Location: Al Barsha Heights, Dubai (On-site)

Salary: AED 2,000/month + Incentives (Sales + Content Bonus)

About Us:

We are a fast-growing Korean-inspired skincare brand based in Dubai, focused on delivering high-quality skincare products to women across the UAE. Were seeking a motivated and confident female Arabic-speaking Customer Support representative to join our team in Al Barsha Heights.

Responsibilities:

• Manage WhatsApp customer orders, inquiries, and support
• Upsell and recommend products to customers
• Follow up with returning customers to increase loyalty
• Create simple content videos for social media (product tips, testimonials, etc.)
• Coordinate with warehouse and marketing teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Female candidate who speaks fluent Arabic
• Based in Dubai, able to work from our office in Al Barsha Heights
• Confident on camera and comfortable creating short videos
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-focused mindset with attention to customer satisfaction
