Core Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Oversee daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring timely and professional handling of all customer inquiries, issues, and follow-ups. Monitor performance and enforce SLAs.
• Training & Development: Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for customer service staff. Ensure all team members are well-versed in company systems, real estate platforms, and service protocols.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality assurance checks, call monitoring, and performance reviews to maintain service standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Process Enhancement: Recommend and implement improvements to customer service workflows, systems, and documentation to enhance response time and client satisfaction.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain and update internal knowledge bases, FAQs, and training materials to ensure consistency in customer support responses.
• Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between customer service and other departments to ensure alignment in communication, especially for project updates, escalations, and client feedback.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on customer service KPIs, feedback trends, training outcomes, and performance metrics.
