We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Leads Conversion Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving patient acquisition and revenue growth by managing inquiries and converting them into bookings. This role requires close collaboration with third-party vendors, online platforms, and patients to effectively promote our diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Acquisition & Conversion:
- Manage and respond to patient inquiries via calls, emails, and messages.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing accurate information and offering personalized solutions.
- Promote available discounts and promotions effectively to attract patient.
Vendor & Platform Coordination:
- Liaise with marketing team to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
- Maintain relationships with online platforms and ensure patient referrals are managed smoothly as per agreed tariffs.
Market & Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the clinics diagnostic services (MRI, CT, USG, Mammogram).
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors in the radiology space.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly patient acquisition and revenue targets.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate and present reports on inquiry conversion rates, patient acquisition metrics, and campaign performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of local experience in business development, preferably in radiology or healthcare.
Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in additional languages like Arabic and Hindi is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.

Additional Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license.
