Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Cleaning Department Supervisor to oversee the entire cleaning operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, coordinating with cleaning staff, ensuring top-notch service for our customers, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with cleaning vendors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Supervise and support the cleaning team, providing guidance and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
