Job Title: Head of Department - Business Development | Valuation Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Department to lead our valuation services division with a strategic focus on business development and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of the valuation industry, and a proven ability to generate new business and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to grow the valuation services portfolio.
• Drive revenue generation through client acquisition, relationship management, and market expansion.
• Lead and oversee the valuation departments operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key industry players including banks, developers, government entities, and private investors.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for service diversification and enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with valuation professionals, marketing, sales, and finance teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and professional ethics.
• Report department performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to senior management or board members.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• At least 8-10 years of experience in valuation services, real estate, or consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or business development role.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue and expanding client networks.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market is highly desirable.
• MRICS certification is a strong plus.
