Job Title: Commercial ExecutiveLocation: Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAESalary: AED 6,000 - AED 8,000

Position Overview:We are looking for a Commercial Executive with experience in commercial operations within the logistics and 3PL industry. The role involves managing client contracts, quotations, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their logistics and warehousing needs.
• Prepare and follow up on standard quotations and ensure timely business closure.
• Draft and manage client agreements and maintain updated documentation (trade licenses, IDs, indemnity letters, etc.).
• Develop client-specific SOPs and ensure internal operations align with client expectations.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and visits.
• Address client escalations and offer practical, win-win solutions.
• Support operations, logistics, and accounts teams as needed.
• Represent the company with UAE authorities and at business forums or exhibitions.
• Analyze, negotiate, and manage AMC and vendor contracts.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/logistics operations, preferably in 3PL.
• Knowledge of JAFZA regulations and procedures is a must.
• Strong skills in contract management, negotiation, and client handling.
• Proficient in MS Office; warehousing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
