Job Title: Live-in Tutor / Home Tutor

Department: Personal / Household StaffReports To: Parents / Guardian

Job Purpose:

To provide academic support, daily lesson guidance, and overall care for the child while staying with the family at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach school subjects according to the childs curriculum.
• Help with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
• Create a daily study schedule and monitor progress.
• Engage the child in learning through creative and interactive methods.
• Maintain discipline, routine, and focus during study time.
• Support the childs overall development, including reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Take care of the childs basic needs during study hours (meals, hygiene, etc., if required).
• Accompany the child to extracurricular activities if needed.
• Communicate regularly with parents about the childs progress and behavior.

Requirements:

• Graduate or above in any discipline; teaching background preferred.
• Prior experience in tutoring or child care (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of school subjects and good communication skills.
• Patient, caring, and responsible nature.
• Willing to stay with the family and adjust to their schedule and routine.
• Good manners and personal hygiene.
