1. Supervision & Coordination: Oversee and coordinate daily activities of steel fabrication workers to ensure production targets, quality, and safety standards are met.

2. Reading Drawings & Specifications: Review and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to guide the team.

3. Workforce Management: Assign tasks to fabricators, welders, and fitters based on project priorities and workforce skills.

4. Quality Control: Inspect fabricated steel components to ensure they meet project specifications, standards, and tolerances.

5. Material Management: Monitor and ensure the availability of raw materials, tools, and equipment needed for fabrication work.

6. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

7. Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports to the project engineer.

8. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to fabrication processes, manpower, or material shortages.

9. Training & Development: Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.

10. Time Control: Ensure fabrication work is completed on schedule without compromising quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Steel Fabrication: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi (Required)
• English (Preferred)
