Operations Manager - Facility Management & Pest Control

Location: DubaiExperience: 5+ years in Facility Management, Cleaning, or Pest ControlTeam Size: Managing 50+ technicians & drivers

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily operations, ensuring service excellence, cost efficiency, and profitability. The ideal candidate will oversee manpower, fleet, service execution, and compliance while driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee job scheduling, technician deployment, and service quality.Manage 50+ field staff, ensure productivity, discipline, and training.Address service requests, handle escalations, and ensure contract renewals.Optimize material usage, fuel, and manpower costs for profitability.Monitor vehicle usage, route planning, and maintenance.Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, safety protocols, and SOPs.Track KPIs, implement process improvements, and report to management.

Requirements:

5+ years in facility management, cleaning, or pest control operations.Proven experience managing large field teams (50+ staff).Understanding of cleaning, disinfection, HVAC, and pest control services.Ability to optimize operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.Driving License (UAE required): For site visits and fleet monitoring.Available Immediately to join.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
