Company Overview:We are an innovative interior design company specializing in creating exceptional spaces for residential, commercial, and hospitality clients across the UAE region. With a reputation for high-quality designs and personalized services, we are looking to expand our sales team. We seek a driven, dynamic Salesperson to actively pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and provide after-sales support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Actively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling. Develop a pipeline of potential clients and work to close sales.
- Client Meetings & Presentations: Attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored interior design solutions. Conduct compelling presentations that showcase our companys capabilities and design expertise.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability for the company. Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns. Act as the primary point of contact during the sales cycle.
- After-Sales Support: Provide post-sale support, ensuring smooth project handover and continued client satisfaction. Follow up on projects, assist with inquiries, and ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products/services within the interior design space. Use this knowledge to provide insightful advice to clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaboration with Design Team: Work closely with the design team to ensure clients expectations are met throughout the project process and that designs align with sales promises.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or related industries.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with experience in generating leads and closing deals.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients at all levels.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.(Optional)
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of interior design trends, products, and the GCC market is a plus.
