Job Title: Driver cum Office Boy

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 2000-2500 AED

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Driver cum Office Boy to manage transportation duties and assist with office tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining office cleanliness and handling administrative errands.

Key Responsibilities:Driving Duties:

• Safely transport employees, clients, and office guests as per schedule.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly.
• Follow all traffic rules and maintain vehicle-related documents.
• Pick up and deliver documents, packages, and office supplies as needed.

Office Assistance Duties:

• Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document handling.
• Assist in office maintenance, cleanliness, and organization.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
• Manage small purchases and handle office errands.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license with a clean record.
• Minimum 1 year of driving and office support experience.
• Basic knowledge of office procedures and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role.
