• Preparation and control of all payroll activities for assigned countries under MENA Region.
• Adhere to payroll timelines and ensure that payroll is processed, and reports are submitted as per monthly timelines.
• Process the end of service settlement of exit employees to settle their dues in accordance with the labor law and company policies.
• Create payroll accruals entries for staffs benefits like end of service benefits, airfare, leave, benefits and bonus.
• Reconcile payroll accounts on monthly basis.
• Responsible for payment / bank transfers within the payroll process.
• Prepare Pay slips and dispatch to employees
• Coordinate with Finance for pre and post payroll activities.
• Provide support for Company Audits related to Payroll.
• Ensure all invoices related to Insurance are checked and booked on a timely basis.
• Work closely with FCs and HR on monthly basis for all payroll and benefits related activities.

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Accounting or HR.
• Advanced excel skills is a must.
• Experience in payroll or accounting at a 4/5*Property.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
