About the Role

What Youll Do

• YouII work independently to prepare BOQ based upon design or shop drawings.
• You must be very efficient in CAD Drafting, Quantities taking off at site as required..
• YouII prepare tender submissions and take offs.
• YouIIl coordinate with the Sales Team & Projects Team.
• YouII calculate the cost of materials and prepare budgets.
• YouII coordinate with the team for the clarification and site execution.
• YouII prepare progress claims, variations, omission reports.

What Youll Bring

• Minimum 5 years UAE based quantity surveyor experience in interior fit out industry.
• 5 years working proficiency with CAD.
• Reliably commute or plan to relocate to Dubai before starting work.
