Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client & Account Management:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment agreements.
• Assess financial situations and propose suitable repayment solutions.

✅ Legal & Compliance Adherence:

• Ensure all recovery actions comply with legal regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with legal teams when necessary to escalate cases.
