Job Title: HR AssistantLocation: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for HR functions and be comfortable working with ERP systems to streamline HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and file management.
• Maintain and update employee records using ERP software to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting with job postings.
• Manage HR-related administrative tasks.
• Provide general support to the HR department and employees, addressing queries and assisting with HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
