Job Description:

Prime Advertising LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Amazon E-commerce & Fulfillment Specialist to manage our Amazon orders, inventory, and fulfillment processes. This role ensures smooth operations from order placement to delivery, keeping track of inventory, coordinating production and packaging, and managing our Amazon seller account.

Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Track and process all Amazon orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipping.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and coordinate reordering.
• Fulfillment Coordination: Work with the production team to ensure orders are printed/made, packed, and shipped accurately.
• Amazon Account Management: Maintain product listings, update pricing, and optimize content as needed.
• Shipping & Logistics: Oversee shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any shipping issues.
• Customer Service: Handle order-related inquiries, returns, and customer complaints via Amazon.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on order trends, inventory status, and fulfillment performance.
• Amazon Compliance: Ensure all operations align with Amazons policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in e-commerce, Amazon account management, or order fulfillment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience with inventory management tools/software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills (data analysis, inventory tracking, and reporting).
